Can you hold furniture at your warehouse until my install date?
Yes. When vendor freight arrives before the site is ready, we receive and hold pieces at our Metro Atlanta warehouse, then deliver on your install date.
What areas do you serve?
We operate from our Monroe, Georgia warehouse and serve Metro Atlanta and the surrounding region. We are also expanding to Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast.
Do you provide certificates of insurance (COIs)?
Yes. We provide certificates of insurance for buildings, design studios, and commercial clients. Share your COI requirements and we will make sure the documentation is in place.
How quickly can you respond for a last-minute delivery?
Same-day estimates are available for simple deliveries and warehouse inbounds. For complex or specialty quotes, owner review may be needed — call us and we will be clear about timing.
Can you inspect furniture before final-mile delivery?
Yes. We inspect every piece before final-mile delivery and take photo documentation before it leaves the warehouse. For rugs, we photograph the label and do not open or inspect the rug unless there is an obvious rip or possible water damage.
